Return Policy
Refunds - We do not offer refunds to original form of payment.
Store Credit - Eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 15 days of being delivered. You will receive an emailed E-Gift card within 3-7 business days after we have received your item back at our warehouse.
Size Exchanges - If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
Returns - Returns will be issued refund in a form of an e-gift card store credit.
- We must receive your return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order at our warehouse to be eligible for a store credit e-card.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- If the item(s) are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for the return postage.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- The customer is responsible for shipping and handling for size exchanges and returned item(s).
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Failure of this policy will result in a $5-$25 restocking fee based on the price of the shoes.
- Swimsuits must have all the lining still attached.
- We cannot accept clothing past the 15-day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period, the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back, or they can be donated. No store credit will be issued.
- We do not offer return labels at this time.

Processing Time for Returns - Please allow 3-7 business days for processing once we have received the items. Once processed you will receive an email letting you know it has been done. We will not notify you when we received your returned package. This is why we strongly recommend to keep your tracking number available to know when the item(s) have arrived.
Defective Items - We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received an item that is damaged, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Sale items - All sale items are final sale. They are not eligible for store credits or size exchanges. Any final sale item(s) sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
The following final sale items do not qualify for a return of any kind:
- All sale items
- All jewelry
- Sunglasses
- Bodysuits
- Hair accessories
- Hats
- Intimates (i.e., bralettes)
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) do not meet the criteria above.
